Come train and learn basic and advanced Freestyle and Greco-Roman positioning and techniques in our off season session. We will focus on general physical preparedness, skill combinations and live wrestling.

SEASON INFO​​​

• Open to boys and girls grades K-12

• No prior experience necessary

• Runs from March 4 to July 3rd

• First Practice:  Monday, March 4

• Practice Location: Grayslake North High School Wrestling Room 

• Practice Schedule (subject to change based on enrollment):

  • K -4th Grade: M/T/W/Th 5:30pm- 6:30pm

  • 5th - 12th Grade: M/T/W/Th 6:30pm- 8:30pm

• ​Registration opens: January 31, 2024

• Fees: $350/Wrestler

  • Fee Includes:

    • Club T-Shirt​

    • Practice up to 4 nights per week

  • $25 discount per additional child

  • Payment plans available

• Birth certificate required for first year Grayslake Wrestling Club members

• Must bring proof of membership with USAW ID Number.  $50 for new cards.
